（中央社馬尼拉17日綜合外電報導）菲律賓總統杜特蒂（Rodrigo Duterte）今天要美國做好撤銷美菲軍隊互訪協定的準備，還宣告「再見，美國」、「我們不需要你們的錢」。

路透社報導，不過杜特蒂認為美菲關係會在川普（Donald Trump）上任後改善。杜特蒂說：「是的，總統先生，我喜歡你的語氣，跟我很像；我們是同一類人。」

但回到嚴厲批評他在反毒行動法外開殺的現任美國歐巴馬政府，剛自訪問柬埔寨與新加坡歸國的杜特蒂馬上變臉。

他在返國的新聞記者會說：「我們不需要你們，請你們準備離開菲律賓、準備好最終廢除或取消『軍隊互訪協定』（VFA）。」美菲於1998年簽署軍隊互訪協定，賦予數千名美軍在菲國輪調，以便參與演習及人道救援行動的合法地位。

杜特蒂說：「再會了，美國，我們研擬的草案最終將請你們離開菲律賓。」他並進一步表示，等檢視完美菲另一項軍事協議「加強國防合作協議」（EDCA）後，他也「隨時」會再做決定。（譯者：中央社陳亦偉）1051217
